During the recent CTIA show, held in Los Angeles the Libra, which is a new Windows Mobile device, was disclosed. HTC is the creator and their executives explained many of the key details. This phone, they code named Libra has a traditional numeric keypad and a slide out QWERTY keyboard. The Libra is quite a bit smaller than any other HTC devices that have the slide-out keyboard. The phone was on display at the UTStarcom booth; however, it will more than likely be distributed by HTC and branded by carriers.
