Music fever is up during 2007 and Sprint officially announced the launching of the new Samsung SPH-M620 Upstage this April, a cell phone that will offer access to 99 cents songs over the air.

Music-phones, as people call them now, are everywhere, but no other is like this dual-faced handset offering a microSD slot capable to store up to 2GB of music. Even though, the SPH-M620 Upstage is a CDMA variant of the Samsung Ultra Music GSM F300 cell phone.

Upstage comes packed with traditional features such as 1.3 mega pixel camera, text messaging, contact manager, and other common productivity applications, but also a nice MP3 player on one side of the phone with music manager, stereo Bluetooth, and 3.5mm jack headsets adapter.

The music side of the Samsung SPH-M620 has touch-sensitive media controls, while the phone side has a neat keypad arrangement. Sprint remarks two features that nobody who loves music should miss; the text to speech incoming call announcements and the 99-cent over the air music downloads.

Sprint has optimized all music features available for this phone, including the development of multimedia content to offer the final user a revolutionary mobile music experience. Samsung SPH-M620 Upstage provides you with 16 hours of continuos music playback or 6.3 hours of talking time at $149 on Sprint's two-year agreement.
