Your cell phone is your best aid in your busy daily life, not only enabling communications but also as a useful productivity tool and spare time companion. Today, almost anyone has a cell phone and this small device has become as indispensable as the air we breathe.
From the good use or misuse that you give to your cell phone, its useful life may extend for more years than you can imagine. It is certain that you can purchase a new handset as new models are released every single day, but most of us have a favorite device that we would not like to change for any reason or the price of those smartphones that we like are simply out of reach.
The "heart and soul" of your cell phone is its battery so first make sure that your phone always uses safe batteries. This is not a problem when the handset is new, but eventual battery replacement make some people go for cheaper instead of choosing from recommended batteries available through the manufacturer's authorized dealers.
After purchasing a cell phone, charge the battery to its full capacity and then let it discharge completely. Batteries need at least 2 or 3 complete cycles of charge and discharge for better performance, after which avoid charging your batteries too often.
Get a cover or case for your phone not because it can look very cool, but will help you to protect your device from dirt and dust. Using a smooth cloth to wipe it on a regular basis will keep its luster and shiny appearance as well.
